Howdy Gerard
Adding a tooth to the drive sprocket changes your ratio greatly. If you do the math.(divide the number of teeth on the driver into the number of teeth on the driven of the stock sprockets)That will give you the ratio you are running now.Add a tooth to the driver re-divide and see what you get.Now subtract a tooth from the driven sprocket and divide by the stock number of teeth in the driver it doesnt change as rapidly. When you start changing sprockets you are going to have to check out belt lengths also.I doubt if a Harley front sprocket would fit do to the fact that the Suzuki has a metric internal spline bore in there sprocket.I owned and still have intrest in a large gear shop on the west coast and we build all kinds of weird stuff like this(Very Spendy).Which reminds me that on the older Harleys I think there drive sprockets had a 6 spline bore.
I am going to visit the shop in a week or two and I will try to find some info on off the shelf sprockets.
Good Luck
